Include your Android version and a short description of what happened. Do not send private note contents or backup codes. We aim to respond within three business days.

Reminders arrive late

Open Settings in Padre Terminal, allow notifications, and enable Exact timing. Battery-saving settings made by your device manufacturer can also delay background alarms.

Moving notes to another phone

Use Settings → Create a backup on the old phone, keep the resulting code private, then choose Restore a backup on the new phone.

Deleting local data

Delete individual entries from their editor, or use Settings → Erase all entries and confirm the action. Clearing Android app storage or uninstalling also removes local entries.

No account recovery

Padre Terminal has no account or cloud-sync service in this release. The developer cannot recover deleted entries or a lost backup code.
