Terms of Use
Padre Terminal is a local-first productivity application for personal notes, checklists, and reminders. By using the app, you agree to these terms.
Your content
You retain responsibility for the content you enter and for keeping any exported backup code secure. Do not use the app to store or distribute unlawful content.
Availability and reminders
The app is provided on an as-available basis. Reminder delivery can be affected by notification permissions, exact-alarm access, battery settings, device restarts, or operating-system behavior. Do not rely on Padre Terminal for emergency, medical, safety-critical, or legally mandated alerts.
Remote content
The app may be configured to display an HTTPS service. Content, availability, and data practices of an external service are governed by that service's own terms and privacy policy.
Changes and termination
Features and these terms may be updated. You may stop using the app at any time and remove local data by clearing app storage or uninstalling it.
